Kenneth has been in management for over 15 years, and he knows what it means to build an effective team. His approach is strategic yet simple, and he has the knowledge to assist your organization with lower turnover and increased productivity rates. Kenneth currently has a Bachelor's in Business Administration; Master's in Business Administration'; Master's in Health Administration; Master's in Human Resources Management; currently Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified; and a Certified Scrum Master.

Kenneth Grant sr. MSM

Kenneth Grant, Sr. was previously the Vice President of General Services and also the Vice President of Supply Chain Management at the Johns Hopkins Health System. Mr. Grant was responsible for over (6) departments and provided leadership for over 600 employees. He was also responsible for Corporate Purchasing, and the Materials Distribution Center and Community Health initiatives for the Johns Hopkins Health System. He also had direct oversight for the procurement of goods and services totaling in excess of $1.0 billion.

Mr. Grant has his undergraduate degree from Tulane University and his master’s degree in management (MSM), from the University of Maryland. He is a Past President of the Baltimore Chapter National Association Health Services Executives. He has served on the Executive Boards of Historical East Baltimore Community Action Coalition, Baltimore Chamber of Commerce, Goodwill Industries, Broadway Services Inc. and Humanim. He was also a member of the Maryland Hospital Association Executive Committee.

Over the course of his career he has been recognized for his contributions to the health care industry and local communities by receiving the following awards:

With over 20 years of experience Cheryl Powell has served as a Minority Business Enterprise consultant assisting businesses in getting Minority Business State and Federal Certifications for several years. Her successes include Gwinnett County Georgia Business Licensing, Department of Housing & Community Development, Department of Transportation, Department of Defense along with numerous agencies and companies. Cheryl is sometimes referred to as a Small Business "Boss" for her innate ability to use her knowledge and expertise to fight for every business owner she meets.
